Channing Daughters Winery separates itself from the East End by more than its South Fork location. Winemaker Christopher Tracy is, arguably, the most experimental mind on the East Coast wine scene! Using Northeastern Italy as his muse, Chiristopher is producing expressions of grapes few have heard ofin the context of New York State wine- Muscal Ottonel, Tocai Friulano, Lagrein, Refosco, and Blaufrankisch! These wines are particularly unique and a pleasure to imbibe but they're only part of the arsenal coming out of Bridgehampton.
Channing is known for producing exceptional varieties more commonly found in Long Island like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, in all shades and variations. Looking for orange wine? Stunning rosé? Madeira? No problem, it's all in a day's work at Channing Daughters!
Join superstar tasting host Ron Phillips at the barrel for a handful of expressions from Channing Daughters Winery. Stop by for tastes of 2011 Scuttlehole Chardonnay, 2010 Sylvanus, 2009 Meditatzione, 2010 Lagrein, and 2010 Petit Verdot!
