Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon 2004

This is a very approachable Cabernet Sauvignon with berry and plum notes finishing with fruity blackberry and spice flavors. It is light in the mouth with food-friendly acidity and tannin and hints of sweet French oak on the finish.

Aging: Not made for long-term aging, this wine will evolve and gain complexity over the next two to four years if stored laying down at 55 - 60F.
