Jim Beam bourbon is one of the most popular bourbon whiskeys in the country, with good reason. The Beam family first embarked on their whiskey producing journey in 1795, a journey that has gone on to span seven generations and yield several award-winning bottlings. Jim Beam bourbon is aged for four years in charred oak barrels and offers aromas of brown sugar and caramel. The palate is smooth and round, showing even more caramel notes spiked with spice and leather. Jim Beam is ideal for mixing, most notably in a Manhattan or Old Fashioned. Try it also in our Mint Julep, as we featured for the Kentucky Derby. It's also fantastic reduced in a glaze for chicken, pork, or salmon.
