We first discovered this frothy red refresher when searching for something more substantial than Prosecco to enjoy with the savory panninis at our neighborhood enoteca. This bottling hails from vineyards south of Modena and is one of the gutsiest Lambrusco bubblies we've tasted. Its rich strawberry aromas and dry, crackling finish allow for all sorts of creative wine and food combinations. Serve it chilled with cured meat platters, savory panninis, or chicken fried steaks.
