Perrier-Jouët's Champagne Brut is a safe bet when looking to add some sparkle to the repast at hand. A true crowd-pleaser, this Champagne offers mouth-watering aromas of hazelnut, apple and subtle notes of chalky mineral. Citrus and green apple flavors are bolstered by an energetic mousse that refreshes with faint toast and grapefruit pith on the finish. Though wonderful as a luxurious aperitif, this Champagne is delicious with food. Some of our favorite pairings include fish roe on toast points, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half-shell, and cold roast chicken over farro and feta salad.
