The 2006 Barolo is a pretty, unfussy traditional wine with wonderful delineation in its crushed flowers, raspberries and spices, all of which are supported by refined tannins. The wine gains quite a bit of volume, filling out its frame nicely and with notable grace. Burlotto’s 2006 Barolo delivers a tremendous drinking experience for the money.
