Crafted with 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc, the Doisy-Daëne combines enticing aromas of grapefruit pith, fresh-cut grass, and minerals, with ripe citrus flavors and a fresh, snappy finish. A lovely aperitif, this white Bordeaux works effortlessly with seemingly impossible-to-pair dishes such as asparagus with sherry wine vinaigrette, or steamed artichokes with garlic aioli.
