An interesting blend of organically grown Cabernet, Syrah, and Carmenere from a small vineyard in Chile's Maipo Valley, the Kuyen is full-bodied, ripe, and rich. With outgoing aromas of red and black fruits, smoke, chocolate, and spice, the Kuyen is tailor-made for pairing with char-grilled steaks, hearty braises, and bacon-wrapped burgers. Round cassis and earth flavors, and a chewy, mouth-filling finish beg for food. Be wary about serving this wine solo!
