Paumanok's Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernets are so popular among their loyal fans there simply isn't enough to go around! Thankfully their Festival Red (a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot) is produced in sufficient quantities and really shines in great vintages like 2007.
