We adore so many of the Massoud family's wines that it's hard to refrain from adding their entire portfolio to our mix. Paumanok's Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernets are so popular among their loyal fans there simply isn't enough to go around! Thankfully their Festival Red (a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot) is produced in sufficient quantities and really shines in great vintages like 2007. Enjoy the Festival Red's red currant and blueberry aromas and flavors with grilled Italian sausage, BBQ chicken, roast lamb, or savory pasta salads spiked with smoked duck or tuna.
