Crafted with fruit from organically farmed vineyards of Assyrtiko (Ah-sEEr-tih-kO) and Athiri (A-thee-ree) that overlook the Aegean sea, one can't help but crave a piece of freshly grilled fish when presented with a glass of this exotic and complex wine. The aromas of grass and melon framed by a palate-cleansing freshness are just the ticket for serving with steamed shellfish platters, whole grilled fish or smoked trout salads.
