The Marchesi family hits a consistent string of home runs with their exotic estate-bottled Pinot Noirs and food-friendly white wines — such as this Alsace-inspired Pinot Gris. The wine is produced with fruit from 51 acres of biodynamically farmed vineyards in the northern Willamette valley. Ripe aromas of honey-baked apple and spice are framed by notes of mint and wax that pair easily with aged cheeses, spinach salads with blue cheese and roast poultry.
