Holmes Cay Fiji 2015 10 Year Single Cask Rum is a rare and powerful spirit. This edition comes from the South Pacific Distilleries in Lautoka, Fiji. It was selected as a special barrel pick for the Florida Rum Society. This pot still rum is made from molasses and aged for a full decade. The journey of the cask is unique. It spent its first year in the tropical heat of Fiji. Then, it rested for six years in the United Kingdom. Finally, it finished its aging with three years in New York State.
