Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth is an essential for any style of martini and serves as an excellent apèritif on the rocks. Savvy, frugal gourmands will use dry vermouth in place of white wine for cooking, since vermouth's fortification affords a staying power of weeks (as opposed to the on to two days a white wine will allow).
