Anselmo Mendes Description
Pardusco was the name given to red wines with little color, moderate alcohol content, and that traveled well, that is, they aged well. At the time they still did not have the designation of Vinho Verde and later to distinguish themselves from these they called it “mature wine from Monção”.
Open ruby color. Aromas of wild berries and spices. In the mouth, it is fresh with assertive acidity. Elegant and fruity finish.
Ideal to accompany salads, white meat dishes, and cheeses.
