Antech Description
Mauzac is the identity grape variety of Blanquette de Limoux, a grape variety perfectly adapted to its territory and the most resistant to climate change. For these reasons, Françoise has created “M le Mauzac”, a range of four sparkling wines. Each one represents the Mauzac its own way.
To the six generations of wine passion, we added some more years of inspiring travels, months of research, weeks of experimentation, and development to create the “M le Mauzac” range. Its ambition is to become the reference as The Blanquette de Limoux: specifications strictly respected; an identity restored with pride; and an ancestral grape variety from altitude terroirs sublimated by a recognized savoir-faire.
