Bianchi Gattinara is crafted using only the finest Nebbiolo grape bunches, carefully selected from the highest part of the Valferana vineyard located in the municipality of Gattinara. After being aged for a minimum of 40 months in oak barrels, it is then left to rest in the bottle for at least 12 months before being made available to the market.
The Bianchi Gattinara is a wine with a floral and slightly nutty bouquet, featuring aromas of red and black fruit and dry foliage. On the palate, the wine has fine tannins that persist, leading to a lengthy and delicious finish with hints of juniper. This wine is a delightful and complex expression of the Nebbiolo grape.
