Carpano Description
Carpano Bianco, the Italian White Vermouth, was created in the 1930s. Carpano Bianco's blend of wines creates a sweet, fresh, and rich aroma balanced by spicy and citrus notes. It is the richest vermouth within the Carpano family. After the initially sweet taste, slightly bitter complex botanical notes take over, making the product pleasant and suitable for any occasion. The main ingredients are fresh bitter orange peel, mace (taken from the nutmeg tree), and cinnamon.
Its fresh taste complemented by fresh cocoa beans and almonds is ideal to drink with ice and a slice of lemon or lime. It is an excellent ingredient for unique cocktails.
