Last year's Mordoree Tavel didn't last the summer, with our last bottle going out the door sometime in early June. This year's bottling is loaded with all the watermelon and mineral aromas and flavors you'd expect out of a good rosé, with the richness and fruit of a light-bodied red wine. This excels with savory summer foods from the grill such as smokey sausages, whole grilled fish, and juicy burgers.
