We challenge you to find white wine with as much flavor and nuance as this unique blend from Alentejo's Esporao. A tongue-twisting blend of Antâo Vaz, Roupeiro, and Perrum, this light- to medium-bodied wine has the freshness of a bright Muscadet and the texture of a decent Albariño, all for about ten bucks. We enjoy a glass here and there while we cook up dishes like clams sautéed with butter and parsley, seafood paellas, broiled monkfish, or bacalao.
