This January, we are embracing the philosophy of M.I.N.D.—Moderation Is Not Dangerous. You do not need to choose between your wellness goals and a great glass of wine. At Union Square Wines, we believe the best resolutions are the ones you can actually enjoy keeping. Join us this week to taste a lineup that proves you can lower the alcohol without losing the joy.
We are delighted to feature Sunny with a Chance of Flowers, a producer from Monterey County, California, that is redefining the "better for you" category. Produced by a sustainably focused, family-owned winery, their approach begins in the vineyard. Winemaker Casey Di Cesare allows the fruit to hang longer on the vine to reach peak flavor maturity before harvest. Through a proprietary, gentle filtration process, the alcohol is reduced to a sessionable 9% ABV, leaving a wine that is fully fermented to dryness with zero residual sugar and just 85 calories per serving.
We will be pouring three distinct expressions of this California sunshine. First, the Sauvignon Blanc, bursting with guava, crushed pineapple, and ruby grapefruit. Next, the Pinot Noir, a silky red offering notes of black cherry and pomegranate with a touch of toasty oak. Finally, for those who love a celebration, the Bubbly Rosé delivers fresh strawberry and watermelon notes with persistent, fine bubbles.
Stop by the tasting table to discover how mindful drinking can be genuinely delicious. It is time to splash some positivity into your glass.
You're cordially invited to our event, and while reservations aren't necessary, feel free to register if you'd like!
