The customer is advised that all sales placed through this website are final, as are all in-store orders.
The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at the time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left.
We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states. We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Vermont.
The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area. If we are unable to arrange for shipping to your state, you might wish to provide us with an alternate shipping address in a nearby state to enable you to make an online purchase. Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards and credit card information are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card, your order cannot be processed.
Shipping and Handling Costs
The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. Prices of our products do not include, shipping and handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered, and any special packaging requests (e.g., original wooden cases, large format bottles).
All orders must be received and signed for by an adult. By placing your order, you represent that you are of legal drinking age, and the person to whom the package will be delivered is also of legal drinking age. The person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification.
As orders are typically delivered during business hours, we strongly encourage you to ship to a business address to ensure someone is present to sign.
In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a door tag. Make necessary arrangements with the courier service to ensure delivery or pickup at the nearest courier depot before the shipment returns.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal other than a damaged package, or if delivery was not successful after the final delivery attempt, a refund will be issued for the product value as invoiced minus a 20% restocking fee as well as any other fees that might occur due to the return.
