Founders Rohan and Fabian launched Quarter Proof on a mission to solve a common dilemma: how to enjoy rich, full flavor without the compromise of a heavy "next day." Working with scientists, they turned traditional distillation on its head using a process called Fractionation. This technique allows them to concentrate aromatic compounds significantly more than standard distillation, delivering "Spirits 3.0"—liquids that hit the sweet spot of 15% ABV while retaining the mouthfeel and punch of full-strength liquor.
We will be pouring two expressions that prove 15% is the perfect functional ABV. First, the Quarter Proof Three Grain Spirit, a vodka alternative distilled from UK barley, rye, and wheat. It offers sophisticated notes of white pepper and cut grass, perfect for a lighter Martini. We will also feature the Quarter Proof Blanco Agave Spirit. Crafted from 100% Mexican agave, this spirit captures the earthy, smoky, and zesty orange habanero notes essential for a proper Margarita.
