Located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, this grain-to-glass distillery is dedicated to the "spirit of revival." By partnering with researchers and local farmers, they have rescued near-extinct, heirloom grains to create spirits that tell a genuine story of the Lowcountry terroir. Every step, from milling to bottling, happens in-house, ensuring an authentic expression of place.

The centerpiece of this tasting is the Jimmy Red Straight Bourbon. Crafted from 100% Jimmy Red corn—a magenta-hued landrace grain once on the brink of disappearance—this whiskey offers a distinctively creamy mouthfeel with notes of graham cracker, maple, and cinnamon. We will also pour the Peach Brandy Cask Finish, a bottling that nods to the history of the peach brandy Mint Julep, delivering layers of toasted crumble and vanilla.

For those seeking age and power, the lineup includes the 7 Year Wheated Bourbon. Bottled at 107 proof, this rare release showcases deep notes of tobacco and caramel. Finally, the Revival Rye utilizes unmalted Wrens Abruzzi rye to create a complex profile of floral sweetness and white pepper.
