After being hand-picked, the precious fruit and even its leaves are carefully macerated in a pure, 100% non-GMO neutral wheat spirit. This infusion, rich with Italian terroir, is then brought to the Vicario property in Greer, South Carolina, where the liqueur is expertly finished, bridging Old World agricultural heritage with American craft.
