The vineyards, situated close to the Mediterranean, benefit from cooling sea breezes and a distinct soil composition of light, red, sandy loam (known as terra rossa) resting upon a limestone base. The estate employs only natural farming techniques to preserve the health of this microclimate, using pheromone traps instead of pesticides and undersoil irrigation for maximum water efficiency. This careful cultivation allows the native Grillo grape to achieve its full, expressive potential.
This sparkling Grillo pours a pale straw yellow with hints of gold, releasing fine, gentle bubbles.
