Nestled in the heart of Fukushima, the Tsurunoe Brewery, under the brand Aizu Chujo, has been crafting exquisite sake since its establishment in 1794. The brewery's legacy draws inspiration from the iconic Tsurugajo Castle and Inawashiro Lake, symbols of the Aizu Wakamatsu region. In 1977, the brand Aizu Chujo was born, honoring Lieutenant General Masayuki Hoshina, the valiant defender of the area.
